Also known as Himalayan Honey or White Honey, Kashmiri Acacia Honey reflects the natural produce of Kashmir’s valleys and the region’s traditional beekeeping practices.

Collected with care and without causing harm to the bees, this honey is organic and unpasteurized. It is handled carefully to help preserve its natural flavour, aroma, texture, and other naturally occurring characteristics.

Acacia Honey is recognised for its light, almost transparent appearance, thick and sticky consistency, and delicate floral, fruity-sweet aroma. These qualities give it a distinctive identity and reflect its natural floral origin.

This mono-floral honey is produced primarily from nectar collected from the Robinia pseudoacacia flower, also known as black locust or false acacia.

In Kashmir, Robinia pseudoacacia is locally known as Kikar and is considered an important floral source for spring honey production. Nectar from this flower contributes to the honey’s characteristic light colour, gentle sweetness, delicate aroma, and distinctive flavour.
